Hydropower, is a form of renewable energy that uses the water stored in dams, as well as flowing in rivers to create electricity in hydropower plants. Like other forms of electricity generation, hydropower uses a turbine to help generate electricity; using the energy of falling or flowing water to turn the blades.

Since 1982, Beijing Silk Road Enterprise Management Services Co., Ltd. has manufactured more than 1200 units for 500 hydropower plants for domestic and overseas market, covering 23 provinces municipalities, autonomous regions in China and near 30 overseas countries and regions, such as Vietnam, Laos, Nepal, Japan, Pakistan, Turkey, India, Ethiopia , Chile, Cuba, USA and so on.

In addition, Beijing Silk Road Enterprise Management Services Co., Ltd. also provided 119 inlet valves for 60 hydropower plants, including 71 sets of Butterfly Valves, with diameter of 700mm~4000mm and pressure of 3.5mpa ~22MPa; 48 sets of Ball Valves, with diameter of 800mm~2500mm and pressure of 20MPa~100MPa, all of them have been operated under full load, over load condition , reliable and safe working.
